Title: Internet may disappear for thousands - are you infected?

Have you heard about this... thousands of computers may be infected with software that alters the way DNS functions.  The FBI will soon be turning off some servers that have been keeping those infected from experiencing problems.  The news article provides details on how to check to see if you are infected and gives instructions for fixing the problem.

I saw a post from a high school buddy on FB linking to a Yahoo News article about it. It said that the page that you go to to get it fixed is a .gov contracted site. This concerns me..

I decided to be the guinea pig for the group and went there. It said I'm not infected. That's all.

Popped up green so I guess my 'puter is OK. If it shows up red you have a problem. Hope they're right.
