Seems the Boston folks actually booed BHO's video address for the 100 anniversary of Fenway Park over the weekend.
No,...Really...

Shocked! Shocked I say.

Oh, that's easy Tom - just so he could say "I live here and don't give a flying f..k about Fenway, Obama or the Red Sox..."
And I agree with him.

I don't care much for Boston, Fenway or the Red Sox..... but I do care about news concerning Obama...and am pleased that any crowd has the conviction to boo him......maybe not a lot, but it is a start.
-
I just think there is something fishy about some one who doesn't care about local land marks or have loyalty toward the local teams.
I don't give 2 sh*ts about baseball, and I refuse to go into Mass, but I still want to see the Sox do better than the Damn Yankees.
Speaking of which, Bruins have a shot at reclaiming the Stanley Cup.

A "certain" Florida Hockey Team, (I know, spare me the jokes, Florida has a hockey team) :P may try to screw that plan up.... ;)

There is nothing about the area that I care about though the fishing is pretty good... ;)
Go Tigers!

I, too, couldn't give a flying fig less about Boston, Fenway or the Red Sox. But I WOULD like to see Obama evicted from public housing early next year.

There are at least three Obama's living in public housing. We have two known illegal ones here in MA. His Auntie and Uncle are both living off the .gov! In fact, his Uncle was recently arrested for DUI and was granted his license to drive again even though he's not here legally, is not a citizen and has NO LEGAL RIGHT TO POSSESS A LICENSE IN THE FIRST PLACE!
This place is way too phuqued up!

Too bad the prick our fearless leader wasn't there in person to enjoy the crowd reaction.
-
This is Boston we're talking about, right? Maybe they were booing the fact that he wasn't there in person. They didn't get to back in his glory in person. Just a thought.

With the average price for a family of four to attend a game with CHEAP seats at about 400 bucks, the average Obama supporter can't afford to attend a Red Sox game...
The last (and only) time I went to a game I paid 8 bucks for RF bleacher seats...a double header with the Tigers in '84...

That doesn't sound right.
I'll get back after I've checked with friends who have been to games last season.
(If I remember ;D )

That's figuring 54 bucks for each seat and the normal geedunk that goes along with the game, beer, soda, dogs, popcorn, peanuts and a couple of ball caps for the youngsters...
My daughter paid 200 bucks for two seats for the Yankees - Red Sox season opener a few years ago. They were decent seats but not great.
-
Last year, cheap seats were $30, gas, parking, beer and food will all vary per person.
-
Regardless, the Red Sox and the Yankees still suck!
