2 cops fire 84 rounds out of 2 weapons, and the guy is hit 14 times...... AND HE LIVES! Sounds like these guys couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat!

A good book on this is Malcolm Gladwell's Blink.   Part of the book covers exactly this type of situation and why it gets out of hand.

only 14 our of 84..  and I though I was a bad shot.. 


think some peoples may need to re-qualify and take a lot more training

that would be nearly all the ammo they would of been carrying 
and I would suspect they may not of ever have been in a situation of a force on force,  and panicked as SHTF

the first thing nycity cuts back on in their budgeting crisis is training and services so they can increase taxes,the problem is they don't reinstate the training after raising the taxes and it's a downward spiral.

They must have each burned through about 3 mags of ammo only hit him 1/6 of the time. That's some bad shootin'.

They needed to increase their "Screwing with FFLs from other States" budget.

Kinda puts a new light on the Fed buying 40 gazzilion rounds of .40 S&W!

Most cops can't shoot!

Good rule of thumb is that if they are not avid "gun guys" they can't hit their ass with both hands and a map.

Give em back revolvers to use! Guaranteed they wouldnt have shot 80+ times
