NBC News projects Lugar defeated in Indiana primary

NBC News has declared Richard Mourdock as the projected winner in the Indiana Senate primary. Mourdock defeated six-term Republican foreign policy elder statesman Sen. Richard Lugar.
Mourdock is backed by conservatives ranging from the National Rifle Association to local Tea Party activists to the Washington-based fiscal conservative group the Club for Growth.
And Republican insiders in Washington said Lugar seemed to underestimate the seriousness of the challenge that Mourdock posed.
Mourdock criticized Lugar for voting for Obama’s two Supreme Court nominees and for his vote to end a filibuster on the Democratic-sponsored DREAM Act which many conservatives see as merely a form of amnesty for illegal immigrants.

The Tea Party has gone nowhere BUT UP, better candidates, better organization, better messaging is getting results. Americans are fed up and pissed with the same ol' same ol'.....
Not just Nationally, but locally.... Here in S. Fl, Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, (D-FL) aka Pelosi's/BHO's lapdog and DNC chairwoman, is probably going to lose her seat. Her heavily favored district has been re-drawn thanks to a "R" majority in the Florida Congress to better reflect a more diverse district,....not just a bunch of big "D" donors gated communities.
Except for FQ's "hood" of Palm Beach County,....many areas of S. Florida will turn "red" this time around....
Same in SC....Folks have had enough with the Grahamnesty RINO Politicians...Local elections are just as important. From dog catcher to mayor, to Judges, to City/County Commissioners...
Google your candidates and especially Judges, read their bio's, do the homework...
It's our last chance, before we do it the "hard way".

Did you notice that Peggy Noonan was trying to protect Lugar too?
She called him an "adult".. I wonder if she would accuse Jefferson of being childish..

I haven't read any of Noonan's books, but overall the news articles I've read from her are unimpressive. She doesn't know the foundation of why she believes some of the conservative things she purports...hence taking up for BHO is entirely possible.
