Title: Shooting at police now legal in Indiana
Post by: Solus on June 12, 2012, 02:02:03 PM
Indiana has become the first state to legally permit residents to shoot at police if they feel their property is being illegally breached by an officer.

Good.

http://www.opposingviews.com/i/society/guns/new-indiana-law-allows-citizens-shoot-police-officers#

snip

The law was adopted after the Indiana State Supreme Court ruled that there was “no right to reasonably resist unlawful entry by police officers," after a man assaulted an officer during a domestic violence call.

The National Rifle Association lobbied for the new law, claiming that the Indiana State Supreme Court decision had legalized police to commit unjustified entries.

What are we just supposed to let the jack booted thugs go kick in doors for whatever reason, and not be held to account!!

Hey PoPo,,,double, triple, and than check again the address of the house your raiding...1121 SE Anywhere Street, easily mistaken as 1171 SE Anywhere Street, means you screwed up, and may pick the wrong house to kick in a door.

I am a lawful citizen. No meth labs, grow rooms, hookers, stolen property, wants or warrants....My doors kicked in, I'm regarding that as a home invasion and a direct threat upon my life and that of my family.

Including the stories of Home Invaders dressing like the PoPo, and yelling Sheriff's Dept. upon entry....

Good for Indiana....
