Hooked on this show, check it out.

I watched the premier, and was hooked from about 10 minutes in. I have this past Sunday's episode on DVR, and hopefully can get to it sometime tomorrow.
-
I just wish they would get a technical adviser for firearms, last I checked 45-70 guns and ammo are still made and why make the gun store owner the first bad guy of the series?
-
I thought the same thing about the gun store owner. But, I liked the show overall.
-
How come you can watch the second episode on AETV and not the pilot? You have to pay 3 bucks thru itunes!
-
It struck me as a typical Hollyweird show about how Hollyweird THINKS people in the sticks act and talk and think. When the blond bimbo with a badge cracked something about buying AKs through the internet, I wrote it off. Not even a very compelling storyline, and they played up the "returning the teenage Indian hooker to her Mom" crap pretty heavily.
When I first heard about it, I had hopes. I like Wyoming, a lot. Too bad it's filmed in freaking New freakin' Mexico!!!
I may watch the second episode (I did see the first on AETV, but they may have dropped it) just to disprove or confirm my opinions.

I have it DVR'ed.....so I'll give it a look and see.
-
It's not really bad but I just watch it because there's nothing else on.

Quoted for truth.
And now they have the sheriffs daughter sleeping with is deputy who also by chance thinks that the sheriff is a useless boob and is in an election race with his boss/soon-to-be-farther-in-law
Night time soap opera with a western indian gun alcohol stripper trailer trash plot.
I've made up my mind on this one already. (http://www.yesmagazine.org/images/issues/88/45Energy_thumbDOWN.jpg)

Mennonite. ;)

Mennonite. ;)
I know, but it sounded better as Amish strippers.
Another thing - and this is directed at to the wanker writers of this show - Pennsylvania Dutch IS German. It may be a dialect, but it is in fact German. More archaic than modern German, but still...
Lousy writing, whacko plots, formulaic actors, sheesh!
-
A Mennonite stripper ?
This sounds like something Red would come up with.
No pictures. PLEASE, no pictures. ;D

After 5 or 6 episodes it's time for some other group to be the bad guy. I stopped watching Criminal Minds in the first season because the killer was always a white male between 18 and 40 years of age.
