Title: And the pain has started
Post by: MikeBjerum on June 21, 2012, 08:18:07 AM
Sitting here with the TV on in the background, and I saw my first campaign ad of the season.  Pres. BHO approves of it  >:(

He gives a list of all the jobs he has created and how good the economy is growing.  In his list of several jobs he has created there is only one category that is not public sector.  All of the rest are taxpayer funded.  And of course, if Congress would cooperate and do the right thing, he could do more if only "the rich" would pay more  >:(

If there was ever a doubt of why Uncle Ted went off on this guy, it will be exposed in ads like this over the next four and a half months  >:(

DVR is a wonderful thing.  Too bad I can't fast forward through the commercials on the radio in the truck.

It's the middle of the morning Mike!  You, being an intelligent thinking man, weren't the intended audience for that ad!  It was for the Today Show, Rachel Ray, Live with Kelly crowd who swallow that shit hook, line and sinker!

Move along, there's nothing to see here....

FIFY.
Some of the unemployed know why they aren't working.
When he got nominated I lost my Overtime, when he got sworn in I lost my job.
Have not found a full time job since.

Food Network.. I watch alot of that one.
I spent most of my employed life in the kitchen.
There's a show on there called "Restaurant: Impossible" that I can sooo relate to. It got contaminated by FLOTUS last week. Every time I see/hear either one of them I get stomach contents in my nose..

The local Coffee shop has "Kelly" on while I check the Help wanted ads and do the crossword puzzle.
By the time I'm done that "Nate Berkus"  ( a home improvement show) is on.

Not necessarily!  I wouldn't suggest my wife doesn't work but she doesn't leave the house much during the day!  If not for my influence, she'd probably fall for this sort of crap but I'm quick to point out that it's all smoke and mirrors, give her the facts and she makes her determination from that.

I will agree that the main demographic that watches daytime TV is woefully misinformed, rarely fact check and trust the news readers at their word.  That's Obamas' bread and butter audience!  If Hoda and Kathie Lee think he's "da bomb" than he must be!

AKA Sheep!

I have no idea what was on.  My office has a tv in it, and I just flip it on for background noise during the day.  I like it better than the radio, because I have a remote to mute it as I make calls.

By the way, seems to be a lot of you responding as well  ;)

I don't have a job!

I did wash my dog a little while ago and I'm watching the WH press briefing, aka "The Blame Bush Show!"

The latest TV ad from the Obama campaign that is currently airing here in Iowa criticizes Romney's economic record in Taxechussetts.

REALLY?!?  OBAMA has the nerve to criticize somebody ELSE'S economic record?!?

It's full of lies too.
Just one example, The ad that's been playing here claims Romney "lowered taxes for the rich".
The truth is that he tried to trim 1/2% off the state income tax but the Dem legislature would not allow it.

Washington Post Gives the BHO ad 4 Pinocchio's....

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/fact-checker/post/4-pinocchios-for-obamas-newest-anti-romney-ad/2012/06/20/gJQAGux6qV_blog.html?wprss=rss_fact-checker

It will only get worse as we get closer,....than the state and local ads will pile on top as well...

Here's another one to keep in mind when BO is spouting his lies about Romney's record.

http://www.downrange.tv/forum/index.php?topic=19952.msg252148#msg252148

Just as those that believe the stats given on MA job losses (which is inaccurate) and the unemployment stats during Romney's tenure are inaccurate, people will believe what the will without bothering to check the facts.

Jan 2004  - MA unemployment was at 6.2%
Dec 2007 - MA unemployment was at 4.5% and 24,100 jobs gained since Dec. 2006....

Take the time to remind your friends that the Bureau of Labor Statistics has archived data that isn't that difficult to interpret.  Read the facts because facts are stubborn things.  Do not listen to what's being said!

HT to Timothy
The fact is, the Obama campaign are, like their candidate, proven liars.
The Washington Post is a liberal rag, (Ben Bradley, Woodard, Bernstein ) The linked article is Obama's SUPPORTERS calling him a lying bastard.
