Title: Storm Lake Barrel Upgrade for M&P
Post by: Rastus on June 30, 2012, 05:25:06 PM
Just got a new Storm Lake barrel for the M&P 9 and for the M&P 45.   There was a big improvement in accuracy with the Storm Lake barrels.  There were definitely worth the upgrade.

I got to checking around and pretty much everyone who shoots an M&P has to upgrade the barrel to get really good accuracy.

Just my observation.  A person can print a group with the holes all touching at 7 yards now (meaning put a mag in a 50 cent piece hole)

I have the Storm Lake site in my bookmarks, as I intended to get a .357Sig barrel for my M&P .40. Thanks for the report, instead of getting a good but albeit different caliber, another .40 barrel maybe just what the Dr. ordered.

Thanks Rastus....

I would think that they know there is a problem with the barrels.

I wonder if the 9MM barrel is really cut with a .38 sized tool?
