South Africa in shock over horror killings as parents are murdered in their own home and son, 12, is drowned in BOILING WATER
*Sobbing child was tied up and gagged before being murdered in bath 'because he could identify them'
*The three men assaulted the father with a golf club and blade before shooting both adults
*Family dog had stomach cut open
*Trio worked for the family and said killings were revenge for being badly treated

A 12-year-old boy was drowned in a bath of boiling water by robbers who raped his mother before killing both his parents in a violent house robbery.
Three men broke into the family's home in Walkerville, Johannesburg, where they assaulted and shot dead Tony Viana, 53, and brutally raped and killed his wife, Geraldine.
They then tied up and gagged the sobbing boy, Amaro, and pushed him into a bath of boiling hot water to drown him, 'because he would be able to identify them'.
The family’s gardener, Patrick Petrus Radebe, 24, their domestic servant’s son, Sipho Mbele, 21, pleaded guilty to three charges of murder and one charge of rape each, reported Sowetan Live.
David Motaung, 20, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to robbery charges.
They then left the South African court and walked back their cells laughing, according to Beeld newspaper.
The family dog was killed by having his stomach cut open.
The men’s lawyer told Vereeniging Regional Court that they had broken into the house to steal and to get revenge for the way they had been treated by 42-year-old Mrs Viana, their employer.
The court heard that Mr Viana arrived home at the house to be attacked with a golf club and a machete-like 'panga' and ordered to open the family's safe.

When seconds count, the cops,...in S. Africa,....won't even show up until your rotting corpse starts to stink..

Truly appalling.... and savage acts of violence should be treated accordingly... Like point bank 12g slugs to the upper body.

Savage acts are what one expects from people who are in fact savages.
These ignorant primitives have done nothing but destroy 2 thriving countries built by whites .
After 20 years of war that saw these types of acts become common.
It's just black Africans being black Africans.

+1 more,....

Many S. African "whites" elect to serve as crew on yachts, I have spoken to many that regard, and they are pissed. Nelson Mandela is NOT what you get from the MSM....

The generational white farmers in S. Africa, that "had" nice plantations, paid ALL their workers well, have since been invaded, looted, ransacked, and forced to flee, to the point of gunfire, casualties, and literal anarchy.

Now, what once was pristine crop land, is barren wasteland, by the lazy savages that have overrun a once former prospering ag. community...

and no this is not racist....it is merely factual.. Within 5 minutes of "google fu" you'll see the truth.

It's a damn shame.

If BO gets reelected you can expect the same to happen here.
It's already started.

To the editor,
Although we have not had a hanging in over 70 years, New Hampshire retains the death penalty. Even before that last hanging, the state (and colony) used capital punishment only sparingly. Even today, the crimes for which death can be imposed are limited to a few aggravated cases such as the murder of a police officer or "hired hits." Currently, only one person is under sentence of death in New Hampshire.
Many have questioned the state's retention of the death penalty and several years ago the legislature actually voted to abolish it only to have the measure vetoed by then-Governor Shaheen. Since that time, a state commission voted very narrowly to endorse the death penalty, the legislature expanded its application, and Governor Lynch has indicated that he supports capital punishment.
I can understand why many support it. If one of my friends or family were brutally murdered, I might want revenge too. When people are senselessly victimized, it is natural for people to want justice. I can see why some might think that killing a murderer might deter others and serve the cause of justice.
Still, we need to abolish the death penalty, both in New Hampshire and nationwide. There are a number of reasons for this. First, while one might concede that a completely fair and civilized society just MIGHT have the right to get rid of its predators, we are not there yet. A wealthy white hires a killer and gets life while a black man with a public defender convicted of killing a police officer is sentenced to death. Race, social class, gender, and financial resources all play a role in determining who lives or dies.
Second, even if a person "deserves" the death penalty, does killing accomplish anything? Executions only produce another grieving family. Justice can be served by sentencing our worst offenders to long terms of imprisonment. In addition, contrary to popular belief, capital punishment is not a deterrent to violent crime. In fact, some states that frequently execute people actually have higher crime rates.
For those worried about cost, it actually costs MORE to execute a criminal than to imprison him/her for life. Part of this is the extra security but the real costs are legal costs. Most people on death row had public defenders and taxpayers pay more for the appeals.
While some think the answer is to cut back on appeals, even most death penalty supporters do not want an innocent person to be put to death. Even when the person is not innocent, death may not be the appropriate sentence even to one who is a supporter of capital punishment. So, appeals are necessary to prevent an erroneous execution. Indeed, in recent years, a number of convicted felons have been proven innocent. You can always release an innocent person from jail and even pay him or her compensation but you cannot bring a dead person back to life. As for public safety, we are not a tribal society where dramatic punishments might be justified. We have police. If a prisoner is violent enough, we have facilities so secure that escape is virtually impossible.
Finally, by killing even the most brutal killer, we continue to brutalize ourselves. Executions just add to the violence. America's continuing use of the death penalty has resulted in our condemnation by most human rights organizations and democratic countries. Canada, most of Latin America, and nearly every European nation have abolished the death penalty. In fact, many countries will not extradite an American suspect unless they are assured that American prosecutors will not seek a death sentence.
It is time for New Hampshire and other states to join the company of civilized, democratic nations and abolish capital punishment.

This guy has qualms about the injustice that the poor and non-whites get a rotten shake and executed more than rich whites who commit the same crime?

And his solution is to sentence them to life in prison?

A society that feels justified in condemning a capitol offense criminal to 50 years or more in a hell-hole is not taking much more of a step by executing them.

And putting one deserving criminal to death might not deter any others, but it sure will deter him.

You will notice that he doesn't cite any facts to back his assertion ?
The reason is that the cases he is thinking of involve a black who shot a Police Officer, and then stood over him and shot him again.
The other case a white guy hired another guy and CONSPIRED to kill some one the hit man went to the cops, no one was actually frightened, let alone injured or killed.

There are some among us that deserve a lynching, not a hanging, that's too quick, but a lynching where their toes just touch the ground. White or black doesn't matter in a crime such as this, the simple fact is they deserve to suffer before dying. End of Story!

Punishment is a tough decision.

Emotionally, I think fastening them to a rotating spit over hot coals and slowly moving more of them over the fire, starting with their feet is what they deserve.  They will be burnt to death, sooner or later, the sooner the easier it will be for them.  Let them die admist the pain of their charred body and smell of their own burnt flesh.   But that is from their nature, not mine.

On the other hand, I cannot consider anyone who is capable of these things as human.  Mad animals is the best I can give them...and we don't punish rabid dogs or enraged animals...we just put then down....as soon as possible.

Another way of looking at it is that lessons need to be taught in a manner the student understands.
Roasting over coals only seems barbaric to us because we, the law abiding rest of society, already "get it".
In at least one case (Petrovsky) A Soviet KGB agent who was caught passing secrets to the US was tied to a board and before an audience of his co workers, fed into a furnace in the cellars of KGB Headquarters at the Lubyanka Prison in Moscow.
The death penalty will continue to be societies last ditch defense against savagery until we are able to send them to another planet where they may do as they will among like minded 2 legged animals .
Until then we have no other option that does not put a severe financial burden on a society that has already been victimized by these creatures.

Speaking of which, the home invaders in CT that killed, raped, burned, those daughters, and Mother,...they were convicted and sent to "death row" in a state that has not had a death row inmate "put down" in decades...

http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/story/2012-01-27/Komisarjevsky-connecticut-home-invasion-killer-death-sentence/52818952/1

Remember? But,....

On April 11, 2012, the Connecticut House of Representatives voted to repeal capital punishment for future cases (leaving past death sentences in place). The Connecticut Senate had already voted for the bill, and on April 25 Governor Dannel Malloy signed the bill into law.[10] That made Connecticut the 17th state in the US without a death penalty, and the fifth state to abolish capital punishment in five years.[11]

Death row inmates are placed in the Connecticut Department of Correction system. The state's death row for men currently houses eleven male inmates, who are incarcerated at Northern Correctional Institution in the town of Somers. The method of execution currently utilized is lethal injection.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_punishment_in_Connecticut

****

But they won't....A 1911 to the back of the head, or the good ol' chair, would suit me....But evidently not even a lethal injection for these monsters in CT....Regardless of sentence...

Seems $40,000 a year in upkeep, and free healthcare seems more "humane"...
