Unlike the vast majority of those in Congress,  Rep. Kelly seems to have an eloquent voice and a keen eye for the obvious. 

Oppressed people do not thrive. 

Free people excel. 

It has always been thus.

The Honorable Mr. Kelly understands this. 

We need more just like him.
