Title: where are these zones where I can get a free gun?

is it a government program where they pass out surplus from the gun makers - kinda like gubbaming cheeze from back in the day ...  that omammer he ain't so bad or am I cornfuzed again - or is Mr Bane passing them out at the bunker?

That is 'Gun Free Zone" not Free Gun Zone.
