Title: Best and Most Affordable .357 Sig Ammo?
Post by: sanjuancb on August 01, 2012, 06:37:26 PM
Do y'all a good place to get FMJ .357 Sig for a decent price that isn't anemic? I've shot the HSM Plinkers but they don't replicate the defensive load velocity---same story with UltraMax. Thoughts?

Hope that helps..

Another for review and resource. Pretty pricey....but aren't they all,.... :-\

Seems Double Tap makes one that should be up to snuff:

snip
This loading shoots to the same POI/POA as the 125gr. Bonded Defense loading here at DoubleTap. It also is loaded to 1450fps from a 4"bbl just like the DoubleTap 125gr JHP. Practice with the ammo that best duplicates your carry ammo at a reduced cost!

3.5" barrel - 1415fps
4.5" barrel - 1525fps

Caliber : .357 Sig

Bullet : 125gr. FMJ=FP Match

Ballistics : 1450fps / 584 ft. lbs. 4"bbl
