 I can report that 'Intellectually Disabled' is merely the 'mots courant' for those who were at one time classified as 'Retarded' (A Term With Which I Have NO Problem!) , and that I wouldn't let him within a mile of Holder or his Department.

Nope, no pandering here.
Jeez, a mentally handicapped, black, woman, Muslim, dwarf who applied would get an automatic place on SCOTUS.
Holder better watch out.
