Title: Patriot's Day
Post by: pioneer on April 19, 2008, 03:22:22 PM
Happy Patriot's Day to all freedom loving Americans.

April 19th, 1775, the beginning of our war with England at Concord and Lexington, and the birth of our freedom.
Fought by ARMED CITIZENS.  Never forget it.  Never foresake it!

As Thomas Paine once quoted; " Society in every state is a blessing, but government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one; for when we suffer, or are EXPOSED to the same miseries by a Government, our calamity is heightened."  from Common Sense, 1776.

Oh and after watching another lame debate from those who want to be Pres, (Hillary & Barack), where's Theodore Roosevelt when you need him?

"These are the times that try men's souls", American Crises,

And the Disclaimer; Marshal'ette, I'm just quoting American writers, please don't come after me, I'm sure he meant women as well, There is no doubt you are the RED WHITE & BLUE on this forum.

And I thank you,...

HAPPY PATRIOTS DAY!!!!!!

I, John Robbins, being of lawful Age, do Testifye and say, that on the Nineteenth Instant, the Company under the Command of Captain John Parker, being drawn up (sometime before sun Rise) on the Green or Common, and I being in the front Rank, there suddenly appear’d a Number of the Kings Troops, about a Thousand, as I thought, at the distance of about 60 or 70 yards from us Huzzaing, and on a quick pace towards us, with three Officers in their front on Horse Back, and on full Gallop towards us, the foremost of which cryed, throw down your Arms ye Villains, ye Rebels! upon which said Company Dispersing, the foremost of the three Officers order’d their Men, saying, fire, by God, fire! at which Moment we received a very heavy and close fire from them, at which Instant, being wounded, I fell, and several of our men were shot Dead by one volley. Captain Parker’s men, I believe, had not then fired a Gun." - Militiaman John Robbins’ sworn statement, 24 April 1775, regarding the events of April 19, 1775, in Lexington, Massachusetts

On the evening of Dec. 15 1774 the Citizens seized AT CANNON POINT, the arms and powder stored at Fort William and Mary, Portsmouth NH. The stolen arms were passed on to the Patriots of Mass. for hiding. These were the arms the British troops wereintending to recover on April 19 1775.

Good show. Too bad 1 man cant make an impact today as he did in his day. We are being assimilated into the collective. You will see 1 man here and again fight, and lose. You will never see a group challenge a governing body again, and win. Those that come to the conclusion that all is lost will become the underground. Those that choose to challenge will become the terrorists of today. http://www.blacklistednews.com/view.asp?ID=6276

Researching.....
I see there is no video or mention of a single illegal alien being arrested. ICE (Immigration&Customs Enforcement) was not even included apparently. If we accept the smokescreen that terrorism was the thrust of the effort, would those persons NOT legally here be the prime suspects? Dope dealers and seat belt violators are not mixing explosives in the lofts overlooking the Mississippi river. Without Congressional action, amnesty has obviously been granted. Those in government charged with enforcing the immigration laws have chosen and conspired NOT TO. I sure wish those on this forum who claim that this conclusion is wild over reaction would explain why this is actually happening.

Did this only happen in Memphis ? Is it occuring in other areas as well ? Last time we had a democrat in the Whitehouse we got Ruby Ridge and Waco, with a wishy washy republican we got 9/11 and the patriot act. Whats coming next, and are we, individualy or as a group, in any position to do anything about it ? ???
Mac, you and some of the others on here seem to have good sources, Keep us posted.

The article follows my thinking that Katrina, the Kansas town witht he mid-range tornado that was evacuated after the fact at gun point (LEO guns), et al. are all dry runs for the big event, where there is some form of natural or man-made disaster and the police are now trained to come in from all over the country and work as a team, following orders, looking the other way, enriching their own gun lockers at civilians' expense, and trampling all of the Constitution as well as the Bill of Rights.

My $.02.

Sad part about all this is the "boots' are doing what they feel is the right thing to do based on the information they are given. So what do you get as a response for reacting?  :(
