A good friend of mine left for london today to compete in the paraylimpics.  Her name is Christella Garica and is Fighting in the 70 Kilo weigth class.  She will be fighting on the 1st.  She has trained extremely hard to make it to this point.  I know, I have been one of her training partners for the last few years.  I want to wish her the best of luck.

Break a arm for me!   :D:champagne::p


Ps for those intrested you can fallow here on both FB and twitter under Christellablue.  NBC will also do some streaming of the invent I will post a link when its up and running. The games do not start until the 31st

Cool.  When you say she's fighting, what sport is she fighting?  Judo?  Boxing?  Tae kwon do?

Tonight is the night.   she should fight about 11:50 am  in london ( 3:50 pst)   you can find a link to the stream on the us paraylimpics site.
