Gunman who fired a shotgun round at a golfer on LakeRidge in Reno arrested, police say
A 53-year-old man who lives near a south Reno golf course used his shotgun as retribution toward a pair of golfers after one of them shanked a ball and broke out his window, police said.
Jeff Fleming was released from Washoe County Jail on Thursday after posting bail on charges of suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and battery with a deadly weapon.

Nah, I'm so sick of the whole thing words can't describe it. Anytime Al Sharpton shows up I root for the other guy. Zimmerman's problem is that he didn't go home when the cops told him to, and then he got out of his car when there was no reason to. The castle doctrine says you can defend yourself, not go looking for trouble. I don't know whether he was defending himself or not. I do know that if he'd stayed in his car it wouldn't have been an issue, and he wouldn't be looking at a muder charge. The guy is a bone head of the first order and he didn't do gun owners any favors.

I have to point out the second thing, by just a brief second, to pop into my after "that's different." This is marketed as a golf ball launcher; it would make a very nice already properly threaded/sized housing for a (what shall I call it?) muffler. ;)

Some would call it a felony. Me, well, I always liked the science fair in high school and honestly officer it was just about looking at sonis wave disruption. ;D

After all the dust settled did the guy get a Mulligan or did he have to drop the ball and play it from there?

He had to go back to the clubhouse and change his shorts.
