That's the "Neo" part.
To the rest of us it's spelled RINO.
It's like being "a little bit pregnant" you either are or aren't, there's no "Neo" to it.

In this case its a bit more complicated.. Your paleo-cons like Pat Buchanan and Ron Paul want a more isolationist attitude toward FP. The neo-cons like W. and McCain, and oddly the neo-libs like Tony Blair, want an interventionist policy involving nation building, democratization and all that happy horse shat. The only difference between the neo-cons and neo-libs is the the neo-libs prefer to work multi-laterally through IGOs like the UN or NATO whereas the neo-cons are happy to do it on their own. Either way we get bogged down for 11 years in a war that as far as I'm concerned we won after 90 days. Fuzz them both.

Then there are those of us who think we should go in, shoot, stab, poison, or otherwise dispatch the individuals who p!ssed us off, then come home and let them get on with their own business.
The "Don Corleone doctrine" a 500 pound TNT horse head is a negotiating tactic they will NOT ignore.
