Both of these guys are just being a couple of dicks.
There's a guy who comes to the local coffee shop now and then who always tips with origami dollars, one of the waitresses has a collection of them.

So what ?
The cop was already being paid to sit on his azz, he might as well be doing SOMETHING.
Besides, if the cop weren't a dick he would have kept the little green pigs for gifts and replaced them with his own money.

I did think the DD box was a nice touch.   ;D

What is worse than idiots doing stupid stuff like folding dollar bills into pigs and putting them in a doughnut box to pay a fine?  Idiots that think they are smart by filming it with hidden cameras looking for their 15 minutes of fame.  I put this guy in the same closet as the clowns that open carry and then march around the streets with a camera until they can get an officer to confront them.

I applaud the court clerk and court officer for not giving him the satisfaction of catching them losing their tempers.
