I just returned from United Nations Ammo here in Phoenix with 2,000 rounds of Speer Gold Dot 9mm Luger +P 124 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point Ammo for just $644.87 out the door. This ammo is bulk packaged 250 rounds to the box, 4 boxes to the 1,000 round case. The only difference is this lot chronographed on average 5 FPS slower, and because Speer sells this stuff to police departments nationwide, it fell out of spec., and the couldn't sell it as Commercial Gold Dot. Other than that it is completely identical, right down to the Nickel cases.
This stuff sells at Midway for $22.49 for a box of 20 rounds. That comes to $2,249.00 + shipping for the same 2,000 rounds I bought for $644.87 out the door. I don't know how much more he has, but for anyone who needs 9 MM high performance defensive ammo, you'll never get a better deal than this! Check it out. Scroll about halfway down.

Here is Midway's price for the exact same stuff.

Ammoman had a sale on the stuff that ended a day or two ago for a similar price. I'm a little tight and I need .45, .357 and shotgun shells worse right now..

It looks like they sold out. I'm not seeing it on the website anymore. I know he said they were trying to order more.

Been down the street to Weapon Works a number of times but I didn't even know that UNAC existed.
Thanks for the link.

Just notice it's back up and listed again. (About halfway down).

Do you have to buy 2k, or can you order say 500?

I'm not sure. They advertise it on their website at $295.00 per thousand. But they come in 250 round boxes that contain a sealed plastic bag, so they couldn't break it down any smaller than that. I grabbed 2K because it was such a good deal. But it wouldn't hurt to call or E-Mail them and ask.

I'm pretty sure he sold it out. I'm not surprised at that price. Here is what it looks like repacked in 100 round Dillon boxes.
