Lately, he just hasn't been terribly inclined to waste his precious waking hours arguing on the board.

He's essentially fine.

He'd like to make more money for the work he's doing, and he'd like to find a better job than the one he has.

I'm sure he appreciates the kind thoughts, but don't expect a lot of verbosity from the Cat until things smooth out some for him.

Tell me about it...... 17 years of the graveyard shift..... but the pay was good and no front-office jackasses around. ;D

In the last 3 years, I've done graveyard and rotating shifts...... hard on a old guy! Thank God I'm on days now!
