Apperently in Phoenix, some bright spark got the idea to dress his 16 yr old nephew up in a sheet and an Al Queda looking mask carrying a very realistic looking replica of an RPG. He filmed this to "monitor response time". Unless he took out a huge life insurance policy out on the kid before hand, this guy has got be the dumbest human on the planet. I'm both relived and dissapointed that some motorist didn't light the kid up like a Christmas tree as he was pointing the "weapon" which looked very real at folks. IDIOT! >:( :o

Not quite worth the 4 felonies he was charged with... Unless you LIKE being sent to prison.

That is up there with the zombie guy in Florida.
The libertarian in me says nothing he did deserves a felony. Anyone that decided to take him out would have been OK, too.
But it was felony stupid.

Wrong RW, you point what looks like a loaded weapon at people, particularly while they're driving? That's reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, brandishing, and God knows what else. Get your 16 year old nephew to do it? That's endangering the welfare of a child. Its a wonder nobody got killed, either from an accident or some civilian or cop shooting the kid. Then it would have been murder charges, and some poor SOB would have to live with killing a kid because "Good 'ol Uncle Bob", told him it would be a good joke. I agree they should let the kid skate, he's an idiot, but his supposedly adult uncle said it was ok. So I'll let him slide. But the uncle? Screw him.

Oh they're trying. This mornings news blab showed his intial court appearance.
Prosecutor saying that he deserved a higher bond because - "He didn't endanger his own life, but the life of his 16 year old nephew."
This guy is fooked...

They ain't wrong. I wouldn't have shot/run over the guy with the camera, it would have been the 16 year old with the real looking RPG. Hell, I'd have pled guilty to murder if I had been given a chance to kill the dumb SOB that made me kill a (mostly) innocent kid as a condition of the plea. This guy put a child in his care at very real risk of being shot to doll rags by a cop or civilian because he wanted to be on youtube. >:(

A blue bed sheet toga ? I would have assumed it was a relative of diaper clown.
