Typical dem., he got it backwards, Terrorism, the inflicting of fear, and intimidation through use or threat of violence, is a tool used by criminals.

If crime is now terrorism, and following President Bush's oft touted preemptive defense policy, why hasn't Mexico City been flattened! Hmmmmm???

If terrorism is now crime, why isn't the New York Police Department in the Middle East making 9-11 arrests??
