That's it.
Just good luck - you carried your self well.
I can't imagine the intensity or nervousness you may be experiencing now.
Well played and I hope like nothing else - you win.
Good luck.

+1 and were voting for him

Have already cast my vote. Hope everyone turns up to get rid of the Commie in Chief.
-
I'm not very religious, but let's all say a prayer this idiot Hussein will be gone by this time tomorrow!

My vote has been cast for the three Rs--Republican, Romney, Ryan. While he wasn't my first choice from the start, Romney has shown himself to be a man intelligence, honor, and grace under pressure. He's now our only chance to save this great country from the Marxist in the WH.
May God grant us this chance.

In 2008 I could not, for some time - probably because of my isolation down here in God's Country - believe that the people of this nation had been fooled into voting for this con man.
This year, should the same result ensue, I will NOT believe it [edit: were done legally or fairly] .

Dixville notch NH are the first returns reported every election.
In 08 they were unanimous for Obama, last night they split even.

That portends well if it is the trend

A 50% drop in Obama's popular vote would put it close to where Yahoo news story comments lead me to believe.
About 60/40 in Romney's favor.

Interesting vote count from Dixville. Think I'll vote twice.

Interesting observation.
Of all of us here, the only one I know of who can help make BHO's count go down is FQ.
The rest of us can only help put Romney's count high.
-
Already did it. ;D

With Kalifornia and NY going to BHO and most likely Texas going for Romney, Florida will be a major swing state along with a few others....... It'll be the smaller states with low Electoral votes that I hope add up for the Rominator.

I voted a Republican straight ticket today. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping Romney wins.

The only way to go.
It doesn't make sense to vote for a President or Gov from one party then tie his hands with legislators from the other who will oppose everything he tries to do.

Not looking good. Mind you using Fox and CNN but looking at the trends Bummer can win WITHOUT FL or OH and not are trending Dem. I'll be glad to eat that if 'm wrong but...
-
So for the only good news is that the House will remain Republican by at least 25 members.

You won't be wrong. The fact of the matter is this election has determined the majority of Americans no longer want to be self reliant. The majority of them want more government. They don't care what the result of that is, just as long as there is a chance they get something out of it. Hussein will win because he wants to give people handouts. Romney will lose because he wants to give people jobs. If people cared about jobs, Romney would have won in a landslide. They don't and he won't.
The demographic of country has shifted, and this election proves it. You've got 90% of the people out there with little to no net worth. They will favor Hussein and the liberal democrats because they think by doing so there is something in it for them. The, "hate the rich and tax them back to the stone age", mantra is winning out because there are more peons with nothing, than there are rich people, or people who are willing to work and save for what they want. Hussein is their Robin Hood.
This country is getting dumber, and poorer at the same time. The more it sinks, the more democrats it will generate. As a direct result you will have more winners like Hussein, and more losers like Romney. The Republicans are finished as we now know them. They have nothing to sell because the bulk of America is too stupid, poor, and lazy to buy it, or work for it. It's easier to sit and scratch their ass and vote for guys like Hussein who will give it to them. At least until the whole system crashes. They don't care about that either because nothing from nothing leaves nothing. You can't lose what you never had in the first place. Very sad.

Fox is calling Ohio but it is just as close as VA. All but over now. :'(
-
What I hate is how they say something is won, yet there is only a fraction of the vote in. I mean if its 90% in and some one is a head by 15%. Then they clearly won. 49/51 and 80% in. No one has won shit. I would bet he still wins the popular vote.

4 more years.... :'(
We are so screwed and not just us, or our kids but our grandkids too...
Time to go buy an AR or three I don't think the wife will argue much, some silver lining I guess.

Good luck Mr Romney...

Now get the hell out of the way and let the party sort itself out within itself.
You (and your boy who forced the rules changes at the Convention) don't need to make the GOP a hobby in your retirement.

That's what they always do. Take their losers and make them power brokers within the party. They did it with Palin, and they'll do it with Ryan. It isn't going to matter who they put in charge, because not enough people want their product to keep them in business. You can't fight losing demographics with more of the same bull$h!t that caused you to lose in the first place. They didn't learn that fact with McCain / Palin, and they won't with Romney / Ryan.
The only reason they, (the Republicans), held the House is because there are still a lot of counties represented by rural America. That demographic will change in favor of the democrats as well in time. Republicans build businesses, or at least they used to. Democrats build large families that grow up to make more democratic voters.
