Some of you may remember several months ago I wanted the ultimate 22 pistol for shooting 22 action games. Well I looked and looked but I just could not find what I wanted so I had something built to fit the need.
It is a Wilson Super Grade 22 LR. Take a look and let me know what you think? This is not a standard model in the Wilson catalog but they will build it if you ask.

Obviously a great gun, but where can I read about .22 action games? I've been living in a cave apparently. Thanks, Mac.

Well Mac I can comment on your living conditions!
But 22 action games I lump a few things in First, we shoot 22’s in a modified match one night a month. It is a NRA target with USPSA rules stages limited to 10 rounds. With guns divided into classes based on rifle / pistol optics / no optics. We have a set of rule I can post/ send if you would like.
I would also say the Ruger Rim Fire Challenge is a good example of what I built the gun for. You can find this listed in several post on this board.
Hope this helps and stay dry in the cave

Well the avatar is MY multi-purpose squirrel blind/sanctuary/library/comfort station and polymer longevity test facility. Trying to determine which lasts longer, a Glock poly frame or my fiberglass Dome of Silence. Got me a Federal grant for the effort, but I have to write a paper. Obama promised me another 10 million when he gets to DC if I can prove that polymer framed guns make people crazy!!
Anyway, thanks for the .22 info. I'll research the Steel challenge online. The Porta-John is a Wi-Fi hotspot (another grant for the poor).
I have a nice shootin' porch too. Hangs off my motorized home (pulls fine with a F-250 or bigger). When the varmints run out, hook'er up, bungee cord the John and move on to another mess of'em. Lots in North Carolina.

Enjoy your new toy Hodman.
Mac.
Marshal'ette, if you see this, there's the proof she stole my Ruger shirt! All settled now. Thanks, Mac.

I looked at the Kimber conversion and the Kimber 22 gun. I almost went with the gun but where I shoot they had a rental and after about 2000 rounds it was shot out.
Kinda made me worry abou it

Might be a silly question being a Wilson handgun, but how does it shoot? What is the trigger like?

Trigger brakes like a glass rod at 3.5 LBS, Shoots much better than I do! I have not shot it from the sand bag yet so hard to say what it will do. Off hand at 10 yards one ragged hole.
