I've always wanted one!

They mentioned this on the evening news here locally!
The cops did the right thing! She didn't know it's worth or significance to the history of WWII. Sometimes things turn out... One of the cops in the interview said "It belongs in a museum, not in the shredder!"
Well done Hartford!

BTW....I get to look at the cutie news anchor every day! ;D ;D ;D
The other cutie on this network was Miss Massachusetts! This one is prettier!

She can make some money off of it provided it was properly registered with BATFE. My bet is no. They have been known to make exceptions though.

If you can settle for a .22 copy there's this affordable one.

There was a limited run of semi auto reproductions a couple years ago, all they have left now are parts.

Wow. The original assault rifle. I hope it does end up in a museum, but I wouldn't bet on it.

So why does THAT weapon deserve to be deemed "other than evil"??? It's a "gun", isn't it???
They're gonna "allow her to sell it"?.. What hypocrites!!..
They're doing the "buy back", aren't they?.. Why don't THEY give her what it's worth??
It's just wrong at so many levels..
I'm glad it turned up, but what the hell business is it of theirs anyway?.. :( >:( :'(

Depending on her neighborhood, and now that it has been made public she has a gun "worth $30,000".....Can we see some less than honest neighborhood punks stealing it for their gang, or as trade for some really good crack ?
