Title: CBS on Iraq
Post by: DDMac on April 29, 2008, 06:55:45 PM
Anyone else like NCIS? Tonights episode ranges out of the US, to the war front in the Middle East. I am curious as to what political message will float across the demonstrative faces of the leads as the episode concludes? I think I know, but I'm just an amateur analyst. Perhaps there will be guns too. Interesting to watch, and don't forget to explain to your family what is really going on there.

Well, I found my expectations unfounded. Just hate it when the predictable is unpredictable. Going to stand in the corner now.

I take that to mean either A) it was a good, unslanted show, or B) no guns  ;D

I'm not caught up with the show right now, I'm a few episodes behind, the last one I watched was the one where they investigated the murder of a Muslim Marine. Donald Bellisario (sp?) is Marine himself and the show's writer is also a Marine so I kinda doubt anything strong either way. In fact, I remember them bashing Bill Clinton in one of the episodes.

Good show, minimum politics, guns weren't the central issue and the solution to the crime was so complicated that I had to take their word for it. Still in the dunce corner, but I'm so used to the liberal spin. :-[
