He still has work for you here.  Be open to Him.

God Bless,

The greater the Love, the greater the pain.

Mourn not the loss of that Love, but, rather, celebrate that you have had it, even if only briefly.

So many will never know the pain of that loss, because they will never experience the joy of that Love.

Feel not sorry for yourself, but for them...those who will never know and share what you were blessed with.

The pain will remain but diminish, but that is a small price to pay for the Love you shared and the memory will last forever.

Pain will always force its way in, for your loss is still fresh and the wound still new.

But remind yourself that the pain of loss pales in comparison to the many joyful hours, days, weeks, months and years you shared.

Remember those happier times.  Feel the joy you knew.  Take charge of the mental picture show, and make the pain really work to have any negative impact on your life.

Each day will find you stronger as you live in the knowledge that one day you will reunite on that golden shore.

I weep with you for your loss now, my friend.  And I pray for your soul's peace.

Loss of a loved one is never really "gotten over",...we carry on and never forget the times together that brought us happiness and comfort.

Time may heal all wounds, but the wound never heals completely until we are reunited again.

My sympathies santahog.

John 11:26  Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die.
