MB is right, not that I doubted him  ;D, but all handguns suck!  Definitely opened my eyes up to the silliness of the caliber debate but I will point out that the same benefit in competition is realized in self defense.  Where a 9mm may miss something important (or the A zone) by .030" a .45 will score a hit.  The difference is you don't know it at the time, nor may you ever know.  So to quote someone once somewhere, "Speed is fine but accuracy is final."

We have to argue over revolver vs Semi auto, 9mm versus .45 and 1911 vs Glock .
Otherwise we'd have nothing but "tastes great/ Less filling or Ginger vs Maryann.

Ginger vs Maryann.

Tag team or tandem? ;D

Hell, I'm just an old fatbaldguy.  I couldn't do much with either of them, even when they were in their 'prime'.  Not even if I was half as good as I thought I used to be.
