Here is a bit of military trivia I did not know. Zeppo Marx, yes, that Zeppo of the Marx brothers, was the one that came up with the the bomb cradle that carried Fat Boy to Hiroshima. And here we thought he was just the guy withno lines. Pretty damned interesting life.
Here's the wiki article.

Shows that you just never know about some people.
There was also a rock musician, I forget who, but a big name, who worked with NASA on "wave propogation".

Hedy Lamarr helped invent spread spectrum communications in 1941. It was originally designed to give torpedoes an anti-jam capability but eventually evolved to the basis of today's wi-fi comms , including wireless internet and cell phones.

Can't believe no one else caught this. And FQ, I keep asking, do you ever get tired of being wrong? ? ? ?
Harpo had no lines, Zeppo was the greasy oily "normal" one. Sheeesh, you can't even get the Marx Brothers right?
Interesting article, though, and I knew of the Aeroquip Company, I think my Dad did some industrial design for them.
