Title: Sorry
Post by: philw on December 22, 2012, 06:21:03 PM
G'day all

Sorry for being MIA recent months

It has been crazy at work.  I been doing anything between 12 to some days 16+ hours. And when not at work trying to spend time with the family

I am on leave for a couple of weeks and heading off to see the family and catch up on drinking some beers as I have not had much time of that as well

I see it has been some very tragic times over there and I wish you all the best outcomes

I know I have missed a lot.

Apart from last week and bwhore back in for another term . What else have I missed

I will try to make an effort to keep posting and be my politically incorrect self when I get back to work as well

No worries, phil. Noticed where you are from and can't help but ask if the Pink Pig is still there? Best damn loins I ever tasted. Glad you are back with us mate.

Welcome back. No need to apologize.

It's been a little to quiet around here sometimes. Looking forward to your perspective. Upside down as it may be.

Sorry?

I thought you had finally come to full self-awareness, only to discover you were only apologizing for your absence.

Sheesh...

Anyhow, welcome back anyway, and Merry Christmas, Phil.

Glad to see you back Phil.

I think we were all becoming a bit too mellow and feeling things were in the groove with everything being so normal and sane.

I am still about  just still been flat out with work :-/   guess that is a good thing though

one good thing   Mrs and I been working on our Health ( well her more than me )

however as a side affect  I have lost  10kg's ( 22 pounds )  so far  and trying to loose another 28kg's  ( about 62 pounds )

around Chrissy I hit 118kg's  (  a fat prick )  ( 260 pounds )  and trying to get to 80kg ( 176 )   however my main aim now is to get under the tone  ( 220 )  first   then go from there

so far all i have done is cut back the beers  and eat a lot better no crap.  also a little riding  and walking.

just small steps  as i don't want it to all go back on.  caus if we did not do something soon  I would of ended up on biggest looser

Oh hell.... it's like smoking - you should never look back - now look what you've gone and done Phil - back on the addiction.....
Glad to hear all is well.
And if your economy is anything like ours, having TOO MUCH work is a better position than having NO WORK.

The only thing of note that you missed is Tom telling us to

Use it
Or lose it

About 10,000 more times than the last time you were here....  ;D

WB again, Phil  :D :D

I've missed you keeping us up on what our Little Girl is doing.

How did her gardening experience go?

Does she still help you with your brewing?  Or is she doing it on her own now?

She been shooting pink guns lately?

Take care.

WB again, Phil  :D :D

I've missed you keeping us up on what our Little Girl is doing.

she is going well   year 2 this year,  was voted in as her class JRC  ( Junor School Rep for her class )
and going stong with all her dancing  ( more comps soon )   and loving reading harry potter  ( she is one of the top readers in her year level  and a massive harry potter fan now lol )

Quote
How did her gardening experience go?
on the back foot at the moment,  however with our new health kick we are starting to get back in to it  and about to get the garden all ready for some winter vegies

Quote
Does she still help you with your brewing?  Or is she doing it on her own now?
only a little  she not a fan of cleaning them  :(       however we had a case swap late last year and and she really enjoyed helping make the Pizzas we cooked up in the massive pizza ovan at the place  ( i will get some pics soon for you )

She been shooting pink guns lately?
not as much as we want to...

Phil will tell you the same thing.
But he's speaking from experience.
lol   i gathered you would not change  i would be worried if you had

lol there is a difference between fighting weight and being unfit,   classed as border line  morbidly obese,   also  my mum, old man and sister were all diag with type 2 diabetes
i am not going down that track .
