STEAM !  with drawn butter .
It's the only way to eat a real lobster.
It may be a "sea bug" to some ignorant Michagander, but to native Yankees it's proof that God loves us better.  ;D

Steam with garlic butter and parsley. After all, got to have a drizzle my nizzle.... ;)

Bring hammer, pick and mallot.

Good wine from there.

After Stephen King as a writer, Maine lobsters are the next best thing.
