Here is just the Summary of 2013 Feinstein Assault Weapons Legislation, You can do a search & go online to read the specifics.
>:(
Bans the sale, transfer, importation, or manufacturing of:
120 specifically-named firearms
Certain other semiautomatic rifles, handguns, shotguns that can accept a detachable magazine and have one military characteristic
Semiautomatic rifles and handguns with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 10 rounds
Strengthens the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban and various state bans by:

Eliminating the easy-to-remove bayonet mounts and flash suppressors from the characteristics test

Protects legitimate hunters and the rights of existing gun owners by:

Exempting over 900 specifically-named weapons used for hunting or sporting purposes and
Exempting antique, manually-operated, and permanently disabled weapons
Requires that grandfathered weapons be registered under the National Firearms Act, to include:

o Type and serial number of the firearm;
o Positive identification, including photograph and fingerprint;
o Certification from local law enforcement of identity and that possession would not violate State or local law; and

Passing a law is one thing.
Enforcing is another.

So considering that the AR platform is far and away the most popular firearm for hog hunting, is quickly rising in popularity for varmint hunting, and is quite popular amongst three-gun shooters, that must mean that the AR will get an exemption.
Oh, wait . . .

This isn't new. This has been said before. Pieced together from speeches and other cronies responses.
Basically you can wager any platform that has had military implications in the past 50 years is banned.
Next she will ban MRE's because they simulate combat meal conditions.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. WRITING that big of a violation of a Constitutional Amendment is one thing, PASSING IT is another!

The only thing is there were no political repercussions from passing that. To many bums, illegals, minorities, and freeloaders wanted it. There was tremendous political backlash from the passage of the 1994 ban. Tom Foley went from Speaker Of The House to citizen in one election night. The last time before that a SOTH did not get reelected was 1862. Even Clinton admitted it was all because of his support of the 1994 AWB. Don't think Harry Reid doesn't remember that.
