As if there were not Constitutional grounds to not pass this, there is the old reason that haste makes waste.  They have had this planned since before BHO took office in '08, and today is the day.

Saw a recent poll that said 53% of the population were legal gun owners.
That's 164.3 million LEGAL gun owners .

And many do not understand the Second Amendment, what it says, what it means, and why it exists  >:(
