The action at 'Duncan Outdoors' occurred in January.  They have been indicted on federal charges.

I couldn't find anything specific about the 'Mountain Pure' action.  There is a newsletter from a lending group discussing some legal proceedings the company was involved in with Bank of America (page 3).
