Title: GSR + RMR ?

D'ya think a Trijicon RMR (3.25 or 4.0 MOA) would work on a Ruger GSR ? Anyone foresee any potential probs?

Gabe Suarez and others have had good luck with them mounted on Glocks.
I don't see why the Ruger would be any different.

I think you would be better off with a scope so you have some magnification for longer range.

I'm with Frank.  The whole purppose of the Scout platform was to put a low power variable (1-4x or so) scope for up close and further out.
