Title: HELP need follower and spring for 40rd ar mag

i Need a good aftermarket follower for a .223 40 rd AR mag

any links would be appreciated

It would help if we knew what kind of rifle you're talking about.  I once needed some magazine followers for my Mini-14.  I called Ruger and they shipped them right out.

Assuming it's for an AR weapon.

Get a Magpul follower and an ISMI 40 round magazine spring.  I use this combo in the 40 rd. competition magazine and it's been utterly reliable for the last two years.

You can get both of them from Brownells.
