Conservative Justice Antonin Scalia, decrying America's demonization of guns, is predicting that the parade of new gun control laws, cheered on by President Obama, will hit the Supreme Court soon, possibly settling for ever the types of weapons that can be owned.
Scalia explained why he wrote Heller, but wouldn't discuss current gun control limits in Congress and the states. "There are doubtless cases on the way up," he said, adding that limits on what weapons can be owned will likely be part of any new decision. "There are doubtless limits, but what they are we will see."

What part of "Shall not be infringed" is so hard to comprehend ?
For that matter what part of, "Don't make laws you know will be ignored" does he not get ?
-
As far as I'm concerned, EVERY gun control law on the books is unconstitutional. If we had a SCOTUS with a backbone, they would be struck down.

There is no duty to obey an illegal law.

There is no duty to obey an illegal law.
Easy to say. If you're the crash test dummy that sits in prison while a bunch of dickheads argue your fate, you're still sitting in prison.
That's how they rig the game.
You can't argue that a law needs to be struck down by SCOTUS until someone is wronged or denied their rights by that law. And while the cobweb covered wheels of justice slowly turn through the years, crash test dummy that ignored the law is in a 10X6 sh!thole.

You scared ?
What's more important to you, you comfort or your rights and your country ?
Besides, I didn't say it needed to be struck down, I said I have no intention of obeying either way.
