Sounds fine except that I don't think there are any "misdemeanor sex offenses against children".
If I recall, the fact that it involves a child automatically elevates it to a felony charge .
This is nothing but an attempt to reinforce the Lautenbooger precedent of depriving citizens of Constitutional rights on the basis of a misdemeanor charge.
Next they will want to take guns away from those evil scofflaws who Jay walk.
