I notice this evening that the THOMAS text has been posted for this bill. Something is fishy, though, because it only has two sections - the short title and general findings.
Is this all the Senate Judiciary Committee intends to vote on in order to get it before the full Senate where amendments can then be offered? Will they add amendments in committee mark-up during the next executive business meeting? Are they waiting for Senators Schumer, Coburn, Manchin, and Kirk to work out their "deal" for universal background checks?
There are more questions than answers right now. ???

Doesn't matter.
It needs to be killed since its only purpose is co kill private sales and effectively register all guns and owners.
