I'm just going to cut and paste the whole thing.
http://jerkingthetrigger.com/blog/2013/02/26/magpul-makes-putting-pmags-in-co-residents-hands-a-priority/
_______________________________________________
The entire firearm industry is waiting on pins and needles to see how everything plays out in Colorado but Magpul isn’t sitting idle. They are instituting a new program to make sure that the residents of the state that they love can have access to full capacity magazines before illegal and ineffective gun control legislation denies their right to own such items.
Hopefully this isn’t one of their last acts before they are forced to leave the state of CO but if it is… what a way to go. This is a firm thumb in the eye of gun control advocates.
Here is the latest from Magpul via their Facebook Page:
We are proud to announce that within a matter of days we will be going live with a new program. Due to a bill currently moving through the Colorado legislature, there is the possibility that Colorado residents’ ability to purchase standard capacity magazines will soon be infringed. Before that happens, and Magpul is forced to leave the state in order to keep to our principles, we will be doing our best to get standard capacity PMAGs into the hands of any Colorado resident that wants them.
Verified Colorado residents will be able to purchase up to ten (10) standard capacity AR/M4 magazines directly from Magpul, and will be given immediate flat-rate $5 shipping, bypassing our current order queue.
Our customers outside of Colorado, please know that our PMAG production will continue at an ever-increasing rate until we do relocate, shipments to our distributors in other states will continue, and that we do not expect relocation to significantly impact PMAG production. We are also aware that Colorado is not the only state with existing or pending magazine capacity restrictions; we are working on programs for other affected states as well.
Full details and instructions will be announced when we are able to go live; please watch here for the coming announcement.

BRAVO Magpul... B R A V O !

I totally can respect Mag-Pul for making Colorado a priority right now. Total shame that they have to leave.
-
Heck, even if I didn't love their products already I'd buy someting just for this. They aren't just leaving, they're pissing on the rug and taking a dump on the front porch on the way out. Fuzz me? No my friend, fuzz you. ;D I love it. I just hope that they follow it up by not selling to Co. LEOS.
I think too often we tend to get all pissy and come up with boycott lists. That doesn't work. I think instead westart some "good guy" lists and throw them our business and let them know why. I suspect it would do more good. I mean except for the things they're gounging on at CTD, they and Midway are about equal in price. I'm giving Midway my business and telling them why.
I will definately be doing the same for Magpul after this. I don't mind waiting for my Pmags, as sending this message is important. It could only be better if they discounted the mags by 50% and charged those of us in "safe" states the difference. It would let the politicians know that their laws are useless if we the people choose to ignore them. Rant over.

Yeah Magpul. My local range has them for $24. Didn't need any but I think I'll buy some anyway.
-
Maybe hold off for now. The Truth About Guns is writing that Magpul is still selling - and plans to continue selling - to LEOs in highly restrictive states like NY, in fact giving them priority over non-LEOs in the same state. They give quotes allegedly from the Magpul site that indicate a desire to keep selling so the LEOs don't buy Israeli or other products instead of Magpul.
TTAG ain't always the most reputable site, but this bears looking into.

Don't back down Colorado-iens (?) spread the word, take the fight to them. Use this as you will!!!

Good video, dude was faster with a reload. ::)
Love the 1911 test of 21 rds. in less than 12 sec.
Sums the high cap argument up perfectly. Freakin assclowns will never learn.

I have 37 in 2 mags of .45! 21 in 12 seconds was pushing it when I was young but I could get 9 .45 in about 2.5 no reload.

I wonder what Michael's plan is. CO looks almost dead set on passing these laws. Sure most will end up in court, many could get over turned but what does someone like Michael do in these times.
I can't imagine having a mortgage in a place that makes you a criminal for things you've owned for years. PA is quickly running down the same path rallies, letters, and phone calls be damned they just don't care. I have given some serious thought about moving to TX or AZ, I will probably loose my job here if our proposed laws pass anyway, so I might as well follow my heart and move to a place that seems like it won't falter but really what else can we do? Do we just sit tight and wait for the inevitable court battles? Do we move to a more gun friendly state? ???

It looks like they are on-board with the LEO loophole prohibition.

in part...
With the fight in Colorado right now we do not have time to implement a new program, so I have suspended all LE sales to ban states until we can implement a system wherein any Law Enforcement Officer buying for duty use will have to promise to uphold their oath to the US Constitution - specifically the second and fourteenth amendments - as it applies to all citizens.
