Title: Register Democrat to vote in primaries?
Post by: bhadden on March 11, 2013, 10:55:00 AM
Would like some feedback on an idea (surely not original) to register as a Democratic so I can primary these RKBA turncoats whenever I can, at the risk of having our RINOs present me with the same problem. But since my area is heavy Demo thought the risk would be lower. Thoughts?
Thanks,
Blaine

I used to do it for years.
It was kind of fun to vote for the equivalent of the drooling village idiot in Dem primaries. (I know, redundant)
The only downside is your mailbox gets a lot of libtard crap delivered to it.

And you don't get to support good Republicans over RINO's

I've done it before, but then I realized some of the Dums probably do the same thing.

In the end, I think they probably cancel each other out.

Depends on where you live. If heve a good shot, don't do it just vote for the idiot, you might get your wish. If however, you are in one party district, and the primary IS the election, then its pure SD. At least you can support a good challenger. I registered GOP in In,, and I'm a Dem know as it was pointless to vote if you weren't voting for the dominant party. There wasn't even a GOP candidate on the ballot in my state house race. I got to vote for the more pro-gun Dem instead. He lost, but at least there was a good chance (it was almost a recount). Same in Idiana omly in reverse. My part of the state if you were a dem you might has well have gone fishing on election day. I liked Texas, with its open primaries, where you got to order ala carte for any candidate that you supported regardless of party.

If your a real Dem, you can get by with voting in both primaries, a couple of times, and carry a billy club with you when you do it.  ;D
I too am going to change my voter registration to Democra,  demo, ---you know, one of THOSE guys.  I will be a fly in their soup, a skunk in their air conditioner, and a turd in their punch bowl. I'm going to their cacusses and ask questions they can't answer, rant against their most blessed canidates, and challenge everything in their platform until they through me out. Then I'm going to run to the authorities and the news media like a good little weasel democrat and whine about my rights and say my feelings are hurt.   :(

It's actually not a bad idea.
