JRlobo brought this to mind in another thread. If you could own any outside the box weird ass weapon, current or antique, what would it be? For me, I'd like a Steyer AUG. It can convert from an SMG, to a battle rifle, to a SAW in about thirty seconds. I love the things. I just can't afford one. You must have your favorites. Please post so we can ooh and ahh, or ridicule. (this after all DRTV). ;D

GET OFF MY LAWN. ;D

I want a Stryker!
I think it could pass for the "Official" Forum grocery getter. Do you think Mette would let me park it in the corner?

AA-12. I need a new duck gun.
-
Where is that dude's ear pro?
-
A calico with one of those big helical drums. But with ammo prices today the ammo to fill it might might cost as much as than the gun. :(
-
I always wanted one of those "Ontos" tanks the Marines used to have, with 6 105mm recoiless rifles.
But, I'd happily settle for a flamethrower............

Where is that dude's ear pro?
What?

4 5/8" Ruger Bisley in .454 Casulll ANYTHING by Hamilton Bowen...or a GSG Sig P210 Dillon Aero (+ammo)
Fixed it to suit my needs...... ;D ;D ;D
Thinking small....and big in one statement. ;)

What?
;D ;D ;D

FQ,
Thanks for the attribute, but I am a simple guy. Just an FNH SCAR 17S with 10K rounds will do for me. Now that is thinking BIG in today's market!

Go big or go home

When in doubt, level the whole bloody city...
Between me and my officemates we have a whole crew, including a couple guys that have 5000+hrs in them
In the realm of the possible though, I was looking at a Sterling the other day ;D

I've wanted one of those since I was about seven. I found some decent repros on Classic Arms too for about $500. Sadly, I'm a lefty though, and that dog won't hunt. Damn WWII movies anyway. ;D

Kel-Tec RFB - not all that exotic, but a bullpup. And have you tried to buy one lately? ? ? ? ?
Tavor - Israeli badass bullpup, uses AR mags, and SOON to be available
Winchester 1876 RCMP carbine - musket style stock, like the one in this link - just because it's a lever action with a musket stock!

A Warthog, or just the gun. Kind of hard to mount on my bicycle though. Hmmmm... maybe a mini-gun would.
-
PegLeg... a friend had a Bowen Bisley in .500 Linebaugh.... you could absolutely pulverize a cement block with it...I've shot an awful lot of custom pistols in the last 30 years... only my Merrill came close to the quality....
I've always thought that a Dillon Aero calendar was the best propaganda we could circulate to our Middle Eastern "allies"... drop dead gorgeous women and M134... how can you not love the United States .... a modern update on "hearts and minds"

I saw an exotic weapon at Aberdeen Proving Grounds called a SPIW (Special Purpose Individual Weapon). It shot flechettes and 40mm grenades. I think the one I saw was the second from the top in this picture. I'd like to be the only person on my block with one.

Redefining the question. ;D
