I think the word your looking for is Bully....when someone stood up to her, it shut her right down.  She went from threats of beating up people to "I'm gonna press charges" 

Dude in the back did the right thing.

The 2 minute "You Got Served" dance/agression display was kind of neat(though probably really irritating to the old lady), but after she starts going on the 37 crazy side tangents, it was just annoying.  I'll bet whatever neurological disorder she has involves a LOT of syllables, and some really expensive treatment.  Or society has degraded to the point where that kind of thing is acceptable.  Either way, I'm going to bring a couple extra magazines if I ever have to ride a subway again.
