Title: universal background checks

Something I have been wondering about. When I pass the the "universal background check", and I will. Why should there be any restrictions on any gun I want. I mean clearly I am not deranged  or criminally bent since I passed this magic back ground check. So shouldn't that mean I am safe to own any gun I choose. Also when they say universal do thay mean the entire universe? As I understand it that thing is huge.

Sounds reasonable to me.
If they want to pass the universal BC AND repeal the post '86 ban on full autos it might actually have some legs.  :)
Being able to get a suppressor at the local hardware store w/o any further checks should also be in the deal!!

Criminals, illegal aliens, and politicians are not and will not be subject to "universal background checks".   The term "universal" is a lie.
