Nobody votes for the candidate that best represents their views, they vote for the candidate that has the best chance of winning. In the case of the dems, its cause they are santa clause and will give you something for your trouble.
Approval ratings and re-election mean nothing in a nation that bases its vote on party lines.

Has to be a lot of it.
They do it because "....the wrong Lizard might get in."

There are just no good choices. Thats part of the prob. There is a scum bag on the left and a sleaze ball on the right. Its normally a coin toss at best. if obama was not black, he never would have been elected.

I've been telling you that voting isn't working for several years now.
It's about time you woke up and started listening.
Question now is what are you going to do about it .
Bleat like sheep ?
Or organize for action like real men ?

I told you I am running for POTUS 2016

Run for State Senate/Congress. I'll even help with your campaign although commuting would be a b!tch ;D

it actually started as a joke on another forum, then it started to gain steam and was no longer a joke. I have zero chance of being elected. I am not a sleazy ball and I tell it how I see it. I also beleave in having a balanced budget. there would be blood in the isle of congress if I was elected.

The founding fathers didn't leave us a "Flush Lever". We could sure use a legislative tool or initiative tool now.
However, they DID leave us a failsafe, but it's not a flush lever...it's more like a 10 lb sledge you would use to bust the whole toilet off it's mount.
So far we still have the Second Amendment.

I was rather blunt with some fellows on another board about being 2nd Amendment activists and electing Democrats but I did say "If you must vote Dem get some pro-gun guys on the ballot." Or something along those lines. We need to get better candidates into the Primary and support them during the campaign. The Left does it all the time with "volunteers" (people on the .gov teet) as a group we are not as active as they are. BUT we are getting more involved and we can change the balance of power.

Yes they did.
Several, including Jefferson were very blunt in stating that that was the intent of the 2nd Amendment.

What we need to do is quit trying to appeal to intelligent, sensible , honorable people.
They will for for good candidates any way.
We need to use the dems own tactics to convince the incompetent assholes and leeches that if they don't vote for our guy the liberals will steal their children to make Soylent green.
