I'm sure what ever they come up with will only be used to help those who have anti-social thought patterns.  In the end it will help them become better adjusted and contributing citizens.

Many may be treated involuntarily but it will be for their own good, the benefit of society and for the children.

My Dad used to tell me "If you don't want to hear the answer, don't ask the question" .
But the definitive answer will have to wait for some one to invent the technology our azzhole President just sunk a $100 Million into.
Does the name "Solyndra" ring any bells ?
