Margaret Thatcher died after a stroke at age 87.
She was a staunch ally of President Reagan, and a wise opponent of socialism.
Her later years were marked by advancing Alzheimer's and other deteriorating conditions.
RIP, Maggy. You've earned it.

Sadly, those of character, honor, principles, and a true passion for the greater good are leaving us.
Lady Thatcher was one of those.....
May she be remembered with all the due respect she rightly deserved. She smacked a firm hand of reality to the party that ran th British Isle into practical ruin in the late 70's...early 80's.
and she spanked liberals/socialists.....
She "did hit the right nail",....
