Slight nit over the Subject line:

The article rightly states

Your subject line is a misleading conclusion, because:

a)  A background check could cover simultaneous multiple purchases.

b)  In many states with, CCW holders are not required to go through NICs.

c)  Transfers to C&R do not require NICs.

I would conjecture that the actual number of guns purchased exceeds 32/min, by a statistically significant number. 

In checking with my arsenal collection I don't believe any purchases were subject to NICs.   I may have had one when there was a lapse in my CCW.

Still, talk about unintended consequences. Maybe someone will realize that all these people paying God knows how much for an AR now are likely to vote in 2014.

Well their jobs are leaving. Several companies like Berrate and magpull and a few others are moving to gun friendly states. That's good jobs gone.

I believe most Obama voters and our Politicians couldn't pass a background check  :'(

None of mine were since I moved to Arizona because of the CCW exempt law. Hell, I'm willing to bet the amount of sales exceeds 32 per minute at any of the big Crossroads Of The West Gun Shows here in Phoenix. Especially on Saturday morning an hour after the show opens!
