Bolt operated suppressed pistol, I would think a $200 stamp would cover it. I had never heard of this, thought I would toss it out for your enjoyment. It's a 73db pistol! ;D
So I am watching a show called Secret War on History, and they are covering the Belgian resistance during WWII featuring a dress designer named Hardy Amies who led a resistance cell. As a part of the show, they cover, in great detail including an x-ray cross-section, this pistol, called the Welrod or Wellrod.

It's essentially a suppressor with a magazine, fires .380 (or 7.65 Browning), often nicknamed the "bicycle pump", and was developed by the British SOE for use in executing collaborators.

First I have to ask , was the "machine gun ban" on "machine guns only, or all NFA items ?
Reason I ask is that most of them were in England .
If you found one that was already legally "here" it should be perfectly legal .

Iirc they also made a full sized rifle in 45 acp that had a built in suppresor. the brits have always had cool toys.

ok just found out that there is a company that makes repos of the de lisle carbine, they are about $2.5k I want one. I wonder if its legal to hunt with here? it would make a awesome pig killer over bait. I would have some serious back up( see scar on my leg and I was using a 30.06). for that type of pest destruction a just sub sonic jhp would be plenty deadly for all but the biggest hogs. Lung one, cycle the bolt, repeat.
