That's fantastic phil, by all means keep going....Do the Aussie's even make a light beer. ;)

I have recently had a co-worker and close friend come to the same conclusions you have. He's lost 2 pant sizes in two weeks.

Healthy is good. What kind of sandwich was it they threw at your Prime Minister (again)? I hope it was a low-fat healthy one.  ::)

Good job, lad.  And don't even consider TW's "light beer" idea.

Light beer is like making love in a canoe...

It's "effen" near water.

It's a great way to spoil the taste of sparkling water...

It's beer for people who don't like the taste of beer.  It's better to give up beer for awhile than to substitute with light beer.

Still, your weight loss is a most excellent start.  Keep up the good work.

My father once said  "When I was running taverns, they'd punch you if you watered down the beer....now they pay extra for it"

Great news Phil!  And, thank you for dumbing it down on here.  I saw it on your facebook, and I haven't had time to convert to 'merican yet.

My goal is to get back to a situation where I can loose again.  I won't talk about what I've gained over the last three + years, but it all needs to go!

Good for you Phil .
Actually I get to brag a little here as well in the last 90 days I have lost about 30 - 40 pounds .
Pants I could not button are now loose again .
It was easy for me though since it was all a combination of sitting around doing nothing and drinking coffee with cream and sugar .
Since I've been working I've been running my tail off 35 hours a week and drinking 1/3 the coffee .
